Ordered item online several weeks ago.Paid directly online. 1 unanswered email and 2 phone calls later they still can't confirm if they have the item in stock!!Several months later. Still no response- they just kept my money!!Don't deal online with these people!!!

I bought a Cort short scale bass online from them, then their website went down for a few days so I couldn't check my order progress and I worried they closed down or something. I emailed them and a guy from the shop called me to verify all good and the bass will be sent as expected. No apologies or explanation why the website was down, nothing. When I received the bass I immediately noticed a very bad job on it (oversprays to the point of harsh surfaces and color irregularities everywhere, even a shiny leaked lacquer spot on the side of fretboard and on the fretboard itself, several small scratches here and there, and non-smoothness of cut curves. Even the holes for the pickup and the back cover are not smooth but splintered. I emailed the shop asking why is that, and whether this bass is a factory second or something as for sure, it is more of a budget bass, but I have never seen such a bad job even in cheaper instruments from less-known brands. He never got back to me, totally ignoring me. That's not how decent shops work. I didn't wake up one morning and decided to throw $400 down the drain. I paid for a proper instrument and shop correspondence. Would never buy anything from this shop again. But this does not fix having wasted my money on something that is inferior and even if I sell it in the future I will get less money than I would due to all the issues it has.

Great selection of instruments, new and used. Especially lesser known brands like Tokai. Very good customer service.
