poor Bay Audiology...dragged down by a one-star review :(kate did a spectacular job! :)) thanks to the microsuction ear wax removal, i can now hear colours in 4K.guys, don't get discouraged by the seemingly low google review rating!!!

Went here because my partner said I was showing classic signs of hearing loss...turns out he is not the expert he thinks he is as a free test at Bay Audiology confirmed my hearing is 10/10.In all seriousness; I did have concerns about my hearing as apart from my partner's comments I often put on subtitles and struggle with loud background noise, but it turns out these were unfounded. I received very friendly service, the test was very straightforward, and the staff member who did the test was able to answer all my questions and provide additional information. Glad to be reassured that there is nothing wrong with my hearing.
