Absolutely appalling experience at Columbus Richmond. $13.50 for a bacon and egg brioche brekkie roll" and this is what came to the table. A week old McMuffin from McDonalds would have been more enjoyable. Dry as anything

Update, standard reply what's your email address so we can pretend we are interested...Gave them email address and now nothing!Certainly gone down hillAsk for a single shot flat white in a medium cup and over the last two weeks have received a full strength coffee which is not what I like to drink. My partner and I would spend up to $60 per visit and some visits is x2 over the weekend. So I feel I should get what I ask for not what the staff think I should have. Drinks have been slow and only a few people in the shop and then they come out with the meal. Use to get out drinks before our food.Come in Monday 24/04The chef on today cooked a lovely meal, and the hollandaise sauce actually had some taste to itWe have been coming in on a regular basis, for the past 6 months + and prior to the last 3 weeks or so the service had been amazing but it's slowly going down hill.Always a warm welcome from Justin & Jaz. The new members of staff could learn alot from these two.Hope things improve soon some customer service training would benefit new staff members.

Rude staff cold food, used to be regulars to the point the coffee guy knew my order but will not be returning. I asked for my brownie to be heated upon payment and it was served rock hard and cold. Asked the server to heat and she brought it back still cold and sort of put it on the table rudely server “Jaz”

Didn't eat, but staff to busy talking to friends. Coffee wasn't bad. Just be a little more aware of customers waiting to be served not what your friends got up to in the weekend.

As a visitor to Nelson we are always on the look out for nice iced drinks for us and the kids. Loved the iced chocolate and iced strawberry which were marketed as milkshakes. Lovely iced latte too.

We had the Angus burger, so juicy and fresh. The pancakes were a hit. The fresh cream and custard. The sweet strawberry syrup and the most fluffy pancakes. I had to take a slice of carrot cake home with me.

Ordered the Vegan stack and it definitely was one of the better ones from a cafe but could of maybe used abit more salsa.

We went there for breakfast. Overall the food was good - tasty and well presented. Maybe coffee could have been hotter. Utilitarian setting, but decor is attractive and appropriate. Service was quick and friendly. Outside seating available. Wheelchair accessible. Worth a visit.
