If I could give them less then zero I would, I bought watch from them last year and I went to shop to get battery replaced and counter elder lady told to bring my bill as I said, can you please look into your system with my email and phone number which might help us to find out, but declined and said its too much work for as she have to go through whole year, transaction. I asked her at least she can try and she be like no sorry I cannot. Not even try. Dnt buy from this store, no customer service at all.Cheers

Visiting from the UK and enroute the pin in my watch strap fractured. I called into the first jewellers we came across and explained the a young male assistant my issue. The gentleman took away my watch and fitted a new pin in a few minutes and on returning it to myself I was amazed that he wanted no payment for the repair. Needless to say I was very impressed.

I normally like Pascoes as they are much friendlier and more approachable than other jewellers however the staff at this branch have been incredibly rude with terrible attitudes both times I visited here recently. Won’t be going back here as a result

Rude staff, bad service. I understand that retailers are the experts of their store and venue but there’s a tone you have to watch with customers. the attitude on them is just ridiculous. Quay branch needs to get a grip.

Very helpful staff. I did not make a purchase there but just dropped off a watch for repair under warranty. Even though they weren't the original seller (I bought the watch in Australia), they were more than happy to help and I have my watch repaired and back to me within a week with no fuss and no charge. Wonderful people,

Good display and excellent service. I prefer that other staff would not interfere on at the end of the customer service with questions that are personally related to my purchasing purpose. Else all is great.
