It was a very horrible experience with them today - my wife had bought an Audio system from them on 2nd July'18. Suddenly the display of the audion system blanked out. I went to get it checked with them from a reliable technican.However, without the technician checking the receptionist mentioned that the fault was there in the mother board, thats why the display is not visible & you will have to pay $120 to get this fixed. I'm more than happy to pay the money if you provide me quality service & tell me the truth. It wasnt the case during my interaction with them.But this is not how you service your customers.IMPROVE GUYS!Check out mate - this is working. You didn’t checked and directly quoted me the price. And you did not say the truth. Still you are lying in spite of accepting the mistake and saying it won’t happen again. Very shameful!

The owner of the company was awesome at the time he worked on my car he had staff away he went the extra mile to get the job done very nice people wood recommend highly thank you for doing my crysler 300c

Soundtech said they have a one year warranty on my stereo, I had a Pioneer stereo which they couldn't say if it was parallel imported or not. The same stereo at other stores has a three year warranty. It's best to buy a stereo with a correct warranty.

Great experience - purchased stereo head unit online with click and collect as a birthday gift and my sister booked an appointment to get it installed after retail reopened. The team took great safety and distancing precautions, and was looked after and given bottled water as we waited outside

I would give more stars if it wasn't for the rude obnoxious owner. He spoke poor English and was yelling at his customer and kept inturupting the customer clearly not listening. He kept telling the customer to have patients after she had waited over 6.5 hrs for her alarm to be installed, when she was told it would take about 4 hours. The Kiwi gentleman was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful both on the phone and when she picked her car up. Andy the installer was also very lovely and patient when teaching how to use the alarm system. The owner shouldn't own a business in New Zealand if this is the way he treats his customers. I don't know how he has staff as I hate to think how he treats them if this is how he treats paying customers. I would never recommend Sound Tech to anyone because of the OWNER!In REPLY to your response as the witness of the day and the phone calls, you (the director) were asked at drop if it would be approx 4 hours. You said yes. When we went went back you agreed that the car hadnt been worked on for the 6.5 hours it had been there. If she was told when she dropped the car off that it wld be 6+ hours that wouldn't have been an issue. You wouldn't listen to a word my friend said as you kept talking over her which is so RUDE to a paying customer. And you said for us to wait for the kiwi guy to come back as your English bad. She has put on facebook (2000+ followers) how disappointing and rude she thinks you are.

Booked my car in for an alarm to be installed Thursday 31/3/2022. The kiwi man I spoke to was lovely and very accommodating hence why I decided to go there. I was told it would be about 4 hours. I rang after the 4 hours just to see how much longer it would be. The man I spoke to his English was very poor, he was rude and obnoxious and said I will ring you when it’s ready, no customer service at all. After 6 hours my friend took me back there to see if the car was ready. Well that was interesting! That man I find out was the owner. We got into an argument because of his disgusting attitude. I am nearly 70 as was not about to back down to his disgusting behaviour towards me as a paying customer. His staff were wonderful, but he is another picture. I feel sorry for those that work for him. Would I go back there again, or recommend his business. Absolutely not, all because of him. However if this alarm gives me any problems look forward to seeing me again.
