Worst Customer Service I have experienced. Had only 2 staff (Elisa and Priya). I called the 0800 number before going into the branch as all I needed was proof of address from my bank and address update. After waiting for so long when I got to the counter, CS rep was so rude and repeated the same questions like 5 times and asked me to make an appointment for a simple thing. Staff really needs CS training. Avoid this bank if you can.

Small department of the Kiwi bank located in the St Luke’s mall... Everyone in this bank is polite and helpful and I never had any complaints, all of those times I went there to check my account, making deposits, or exchange money... The location of the bank it’s perfect because they have parking outside and it makes more easier to go there and find parking and even have your shopping there if you have errands... they doing a good job there...

My husband went in on Saturday to collect his credit card but he was turned away as he was told there was no safe key to access the credit card. He was told to come back during the week.This it pathetic service. No one has the time toleave work on the other side of of town to just come pick up cedit card. So much inconvenience.

I searched post office and it directed me to there. However after a long queue I was told they were no longer doing this business.It might not your fault, however, Google or the business owner should have the responsibility to remove the post office" from the keyword!"

I have been to 4 different banks in the past day - Satya at the Kiwibank St. Luke branch was the only staff that was friendly and made me feel welcome as a customer. He swiftly assisted with my account opening request and even helped to print the documents I needed for IRD registration. Satya is both kind and thoughtful - these are qualities you don’t really come across in banks nowadays. Exceptional customer service, I will recommend coming early to this small but mighty branch to get things done!

Came in on Sat to close all my accounts. Quiet place, a hidden gem in Saint Luke’s mall. If u don’t look hard you will miss this place completely. 2 staff on shift, the fewest I’ve ever seen. I’m no longer banking with Kiwibank anymore. Hope this place can survive.

after entering wrong pin, the ATM machine retained the card, asked the bank to help to get the card out of their kiwibank ATM that was on their premises, the Kiwi bank said that they cant do anything and asked us to pay $15 to get a new card instead of retained one, sorry, but I have never heard that Bank refused to get the card from their ATM and give it back to the card owner, why its like this? is it the right practice by the Kiwi bank? don't think so, asked the student to pay to get the new card instead of the retained one

Worst customer service ever. Came here to open a bank account with them, got welcomed by a lady so rude and so unhelpful that I've decided to walk away. Her name is Heidi.Wouldn't recommend this branch at all.
