Counter staff have an attitude. Would rather go to Z 11th Ave.

Donuts advertised as $27 for assorted dozen. Box up assorted dozen and present to counter. Guy charges me $40 and claims it's because they more expensive than a dozen plain donuts, which have their own price advertised. Less than amused. First time and there wont be a second

Just had the worst experience at BP gate pa. Their Eftpos was down for over 40mins (a lot longer maybe) The maorigirl staff didn't help but kept saying cash out from atm right there". Everyone knows that will bill you an hidden expensive fee.After 30mins

You’ll be disappointed if you’re looking for good service. Unhelpful rude service from George who clearly doesn’t care about his customers. Pulled up. Pump authorised then stopped. Heard some muffled mumbling over the loud speaker directed at various pumps but not to my pump. Finally pulled forward as I figured the pump wasn’t working. Then discovered the pumps were on prepay but no obvious signage. Was told to by George in a mumble to “pay attention”. Prepaid $30 (had been going to fill up but changed my mind due to lack of staff interest) went back to car and car and completed pump. Then George sauntered over to tell me I still owed money from first pump despite it not working. You’ve made a non customer out of me George. I won’t be back. And there were numerous other customers with similar issues, prepaid but the pump didn’t stop, people trying to pump because it wasn’t clear the pumps were prepay. Poor experience that I don’t want to repeat. Will be avoiding this station in the future.

My car overheated across the road so I asked to use the watering can however was bluntly told no by a very rude forecourt lady. Offered to pay a deposit by got laughed at. Service Station ...NO .... guess what ....I won’t be back after having to buy a bottle of water to make several trips to fill my radiator.Absolutely disgraceful. F@#* BP

On Saturday 18/08 at Gate Pa BP, our dear friend suffered a medical incident, and as a result, sadly passed away. Would like to thank all the staff that day for their heartfelt effort and kindness. My partner and I thank you all so very much.

Well below the 1 star as 3 employees and not one said hello or even served me! Tries to support local but not putting up with that....this isn't the first time I have had this level of service from the store and subsequently I have chopped up my BP card and will not be using them again.

Went in to get coffee and pie for breakfast and there were a lot of flies around the coffe machine (that had a noticeable amount of fly s#$t on it), pie was nearly average in flavour, coffe was undrinkable for about 30mins as it was scorching hot.even though I asked for cold water to be added. The service used to be amazing here but unfortunately it has dropped to substandard. A mystery shopper would have a very busy report following a visit here. I will avoid this service station whenever possible
