We have an unsafe driveway exit onto Te Awe Awe. Continually blocked by cars parking too close to driveway meaning we can't see if it is safe to enter road. Have had multiple near misses with close car accidents. Asked Council multiple times to paint parking lines to promote our safety. They refuse saying there isn't funds to paint lines despite our massive rates increase. Their advice for us is that we should phone parking enforcement to get the cars fined so that they can revenue gather instead. Completely useless Council!!

Phone staff are great. Called them at 3:51PM today to report misuse of disabled bays, and they were there to sort it out in less than half an hour. Our Wellington council could learn a lot from them! No gimmicks, they just get things done. Shout out to the lady in the phone, she was efficient. Great.

The phone staff seem efficient enough, but cold. I've had lots of issues paying a bill online and they just don't care. Not my bad, but I'm still wearing the late penalty fee.Any other business would make amends.It makes me question why we pay such high rates. Oh yeah, they have a captive audience.

Very poor service , every time you call, different people responding, very disappointing . They don’t put you in touch with right people and they aren’t trained well. So , they advise you differently and they put their own mistake in your misunderstanding. Easy way to use the power they have against customers ….then you every time get penalty for the thing they haven’t done right and guess what , they can’t wave it because there is no reference to show how inefficient they are!!

Don't live in Palmerston North just a visitor passing through. Quite impressed by the way the parks, gardens and streets around the city & suburbs are all well kept. One of the cleanest & beautiful cities in the North Island.

Had very poor service and conclude that the systems are outdated and no-one know's what's going on. My experience was first being contacted by BayCorp and not the council for an unpaid building consent from over 9 months ago that even the building company I used didn't know about. After making contact with the collections department things went bad, the staff member just started listing all the dates she sent mail out in the post to our old address. I repeated that the mail was never delivered and we have a mail redirect in place and were getting other mail, to which the reply was I don't believe you didn't get any mail

Seen the video online of you're staff refusing service to a member of the public because he was filming,I hope you informed her the public are allowed to record in public and publicly accessible areas, and if she cant do the job that we pay her to do then she needs to go find another job in the private sector. This behavior will not be tolerated
