Called to get a replacement part for the shower we brought of them, told me that had one. Drove 1/2 hour to pick it up only to be told they don't have one. When asked when they will have one, they didn't know and pretty much didn't care. Don't buy from them, you will regret it.

Very surprised at the finished product (shower cubicle) to be honest expected a fairly average item for the price but was actially very good. Only reason not 5 Star was the very very basic and difficult to understand assembly instructions. Will buy again

Absolutely Hopeless, avoid like the plague. Multiple attempts to deliver a single shower over a month. Lost in Transit twice, promised definitely there but not....so many wasted hours chasing them up. Hopeless courier in PBT too.
