I urgently needed a vehicle for hire and literally drove by this particular car hire place and turned around to make an enquiry. I parked up and went into reception and was greeted by the lovely customer consultant named Lyric. I made my query and Lyric was informative and very helpful and friendly. Awesome experience, easy to book, easy to collect the car, and super easy to return. Loved the shuttle to the airport. Only thing would be to just check everyone knows how to drive a push button start, we spent ages trying to start it and had to Google it. Great quality car, no probs would use again for sure

I have used BRC on a number of occasions and a big benefit for me is the multi-location pick up and drop off. This is quite unique with rental car firms. I always find the staff very helpful and professional. For instance, I was reminded to go online and pay the toll to save me penalties. A big shout out to the team at East Tamaki and the Airport for the great customer service. The vehicles are always clean and toped up with gas. On top of all this BRC have the most competitive pricing around. I would have no hesitation in recommending BRC to family and friends. Thanks, BRC !!

When I called for an enquiry the team was very understanding and also made sure I was heard as a customer. I then arrived and was greeted by staff and also given a thorough review of expectations when renting a car.On returning the car it was very quick and seem less and was also asked if I was okay on my trip and that mattered due to the fact of customer care which was shown towards myself.I will a returning customer and have also referred the company to others
