Great customer service. The owner diagnosed the issue, talked it through with me and was great to deal with. I’ll definitely return with any computer issues I have in the future.

I've tried several phone and computer repair places with mixed results until I finally found this business and it's fantastic - and close tomy house, I should have stayed local. Spark (the owner) takes the time to talk to you about the problem then once he has taken the phone or computer to pieces - sometimes right in front of you - he will carefully diagnose the problem and EXPLAIN the problem. No other repairers I've come across bother to do this. So when I took a Macbook Air in to be repaired - one I'd had repaired elsewhere several times at ETC in New Lynn - he pulled it apart and showed me the incorrectly installed fan and the missing screw that was trapped under the fan that had caused it to become faulty. This had been repaired at a business I'd frequented for years so I was insulted by the carelessness of their work. Spark not onl takes the time he is also good value. Highly recommended.
