I was dissapointed as I have used this coffee shop previously. Ordered a pancake and ice chocolate. I have enjoyed there berry and banana pancakes with cream before and it was totally delicious. But this time I got a plain pancake it was dissapointed Hopefully just a mixup.The ice chocolate was first class and delicious really enjoyed.Recommend a vist

I ordered a Dirty Chai, as I hate the taste of coffee, but I can tolerate it. The barista put coffee syrup?? instead of real coffee. You would not even think it was a chai because of how bitter it was! I also asked for two sugars and that cost an extra $1?? The coffee was already overpriced, even Mcdonald's is better than this. Do not recommend.

Extremely bad service. Stood at the counter waiting for 10 minutes as two young employees completely ignored me standing right in front of them while one of them was trying to order and pay for her own coffee. Then had to wait over 20 minutes for my coffee to be ready as they completely forgot to make it. Customer service skills need alot of work.

It used to be an awesome place. However, the service quality has become so substandard recently.The korean woman behind the counter charged us more than she should have.There was no service. We waited for our drinks and meals for over half an hour. And we only received our drinks mid-meal.The quantity and quality of the food was horrific. The Mac n cheese was just 3-4 spoonfuls. No exaggeration. The chicken ciabatta tasted disgusting.We won't visit the place any more and don't recommend to anyone who doesn't want a disappointment with their meal.

Appalled at the state of the tables! Very tired looking and unhygienic. The majority of tables have lost their edges exposing the raw chipboard. I kept catching my jacket on the edge of the table I sat at.

I ordered an eggs Benedict & burger coke combo on Uber eats ,it took 2hours to arrive ,I asked specifically to make sure it was fresh and hot when the driver arrived not sitting there cold ,my food arrived stale & gross,wrong bread! I couldn’t even bite it being so stale and cold! So disappointed!

This is my favorite Coffee Club in Christchurch. Service is always good, food is excellent, cakes and muffins are awesome, and the coffee is always fantastic. If the shopping is busy, it can be a little noisy, but it's ok because the quality of the food and coffee compensate for it. I highly recommend the place.
