Thank you for Graeme provided an exceptional service to us even with a such a short period of notice. I had the appointment booked within a few days, emails, inspection completed and the report sent to my email on next day! He was very professional and efficient in the conduct of the inspection as well as in reporting. Nothing beats working with a certified building inspector...AA House Checks was instrumental to our latest property purchase. With Graeme's report, we were able to negotiate our prices down and get a full picture of what we were buying into.All in all, we ordered three reports from him, for three separate properties, and each one reflected a keen eye for detail, and expertise in Christchurch property inspections.Graeme was easy to work with, and he also helped us verify EQC repairs.I would highly recommend AA House Checks for your next property inspection.
