Was needing a fifth tile in case one broke when creating our kitchen splash back. I mentioned bringing it back if it was not needed and at this stage there was no mention of their policy on not refunding individual tiles- they were happy to take the extra money. When it came time to return the tile- tough luck customer!

Great store with off road parking.Offer an extensive tile variety, including different colour grout options and tile and grout cleaners.Also underfloor tile heating.Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.Will discuss tile options to help with selection.Excellent service.

Didnt update their hours of trade over the xmas period on google. I made the trip over from the country side only because I need some tile supplies and said they were open today, but turns out they arent.
