I had a very good experience here- definitely going back. Was getting my hair colored for the first time and genuinely quite anxious. The stylist Sudarshini took her time at the consult and delivered a very good result at the end.

Got my hair permanently straightened. As my hair is quite corse and thick, it took longer then expected, despite having to work pass closing hours, she did an exceptional job. I didn’t think my hair could look as shiny, smooth and sleek as it does and I’m super happy with the outcome.

Today I felt very low and was unsure what I should do to make myself feel a little better.I love getting my hair done and thought I would check if there was any appointments available at Kess!I walked in and was welcomed with a smile. The staff are fantastic and the treatment gave me time to sit back and relax. I highly recommend there service- Thank you for your time!Casey :)

Wow. Best haircut my son has ever had! We went in and it was so affordable. The barber listened to what he wanted and he did it perfectly! He took his time, even on a really busy day and did a superb job. Hair maestro! My son was so thrilled. Couldn't recommend them enough! Fabulous service with a smile.

I’ve been here about 5 times for brow threading and it’s always turned out good except this time. This time I had a different person, I’m not sure her name but she was a bit older than the other women I’ve had. She was very rough when threading my brows and has made them very uneven. I asked for a tidy up not a reshape and I’ve come out with my eyebrows completely ruined. One is significantly thicker at the front than the other. I didn’t want to ask for them to be fixed as they were already over threaded when she was finished. Will not be returning.

Been to Kess few time and as always their service was professional and kind staff members. I’ve been to few other places where the hair stylist cut the hair the way he prefers. However, at Kess they always listen to their customers and the end result is astonishing. Keep up the good work guys. Chur

I took my son in for a haircut, the guy was pleasant but we left with his hair looking like it had been hacked, no shape to it at all.. my son was in tears due to the state of it!! Safe to say, we won't be returning!!

My Brown haired Daughter came home crying after her visit to Kess Hair and Beauty because she asked for blonde highlights in her hair and came back with her hair fully blonde. This is not what she asked for at all. The lady who did her hair was rude and did not listen. My Daughter is that upset that now she wants to shave her what was her long and beautiful hair. The blonde is a horrible colour as well, not at all what she asked for. She was too kind to say anything but this Hair salon is so horrible and clearly they are incapable of providing the requests of the customers. The lady completely ruined her hair and now she doesn't want to leave the house. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Go somewhere else unless you want a horrible experience
