Really really disappointed not only with the flowers but also the dismal customer service. It may be a week from closing for xmas but it's not acceptable to give someone your old flowers that disintegrated the following day. Gutted as your work is so gorgeous....

My partner lives in NZ and i live in the U.S. I called the Flower Potts to have some flowers delivered to her for her birthday. Sept 16. The woman on the phone was very nice, sweet, and helpful. I ordered the food and beverage gift box, it's pretty much customizeable. Since my partner doesn't drink i had just cheese, crackers, fruits, chocolate, and etc put in it and of course some flowers. Great customer service, Great quality products, and a Great delivery. I totally recommend this floral shop for anyone looking to buy flowers for any occasion.
