COSMIC - Vape Shop

Had an absolute terrible experience where I was told to leave the store because my 3 year old son was waiting just inside door while I was quickly trying to purchase some oils for my diffuser, I cannot understand how my son is supposed to be kept outside while I purchase some scented oils? I can take him to a bar full of intoxicated people but not to cosmic, whats the danger of him being accompanied by his father? It's not like he's going to attempt to buy anything R rated he's 3. I wasn't asked to leave in a polite way or even given a reason behind this demand and my son was causing no issue he was waiting patiently at the entrance.Your customer service is a joke and so are there people skills.

Ok, so coming from Australia with our vaping laws this place is heaven! Fantastic service and huge range of juice, vapes, pods, accessories - even a DJ spinning tunes. Really nicely decked out too. Alex served me and was fantastic - so helpful and knowledgeable. Patient and answered all my questions without judgement and with clear and helpful answers. Alex is a very good guy! I will definitely return here and stock up next time I'm in town. Highly recommended.

More of a vape shop these days. Their crystal collection is minimal and basic and they hire staff who know nothing about the crystals they sell. They are not interested in them, it's just an add on to other products they sell. Basically staff are just there to earn a paycheck.

Im not sure about the R18 rating to enter the store. I understand they sell vape products, but surely this should only apply if purchasing these items. There are many other items such as clothing, jewelry, make up, giftware, crystals and candles sold here, so why can a young person not be allowed to buy these? Doesn't seem fair.

I brought a $25 vape today but it doesn't work right, and I can't come in again til tomorrow. will I still be able to refund it?

Has been and will be one of my favourite places to visit, friendly staff that are always welcoming. Amazing clothing and decor
