Bought a unit a few days ago, failed quite miserably with what I had expected .. but got set up with a pod type salt rechargable unit for alot cheaper than I had expected, good customer service and advice , highily recommended.

Got my new coils and amazing juice from Vape Vend again today.- Location - very convenient, which is just across the Christchurch bus Interchange, so very nice if coming from anywhere in Christchurch by bus.- Price - is very competitive, if not cheaper compared with others in the area.- Product availability - product choices may not be as much as the other shops but can be a good thing, as a customer, you don't feel as overwhelmed with what to buy. But can be assured that whatever they have is always of good quality, as I've always chatted with the staff there and I can assure you, they know what they are selling, specially the juices are amazing, either with the salt nics, free-bases, or disposables.- Personnel - very helpful if you have a question or even just a chat. But not like those annoying ones as you can just browse in solitude and won't feel smothered like other salespersons.- Store design - was vaping across the store and heard a couple laughing, thinking that there is an Apple store in Christchurch, while pointing to Vape Vend :)

Went in today, got 2 packs of coils and 2 packs of tanks for my 2 vapes. I pointed at my vapes. Detailing what coils I needed. Got home to realize she gave me the completely wrong one. Went back and an exchange was no worries. Now I have gotten home to open the package and be let down yet again. Yet again another set of coils which looks nothing like the one I needed. Won't be going back. Spent well over 130 and now am not able to return because I have opened the package. Went to fill up my vape with a bottle of juice from here also. The whole top fell off and went all thru my car. Brand new bottle now barely half full. I'm so disappointed in this place and the products. What an absolute waste of money.I decided to give them a call and the bro picked up told me to come down to the store with everything I bought and he would sort me out I went down and was greeted and welcomed with policies from there we had a good yarn and proceeded to correct the problem, after we sorted all the problems I was then given some freebies for my troubles and left happy and with a smile, think it is safe to say I wasn't having the best day that day... haha

went there on a miserable monday evening for a solid grape ice disposable seeing as these will be in limited availability in the near future. i was greeted by a lovely man with a mid to high quality mullet (for identification purposes) who set the bar for customer service , could not recommend this place more for a young adult looking for their next disposable nicotine fix.

Went in asking for something they didn't have, but got told where I could get it and also got help finding a new juice that has quickly become a new favourite. All the staff are lovely and very eager to help. Very good customer service and was offered help if I ever need new parts, as well as a discount if I bring in old parts so they can dispose of them properly. Highly recommend to anyone who is in the area
