ABC Car, Van & Truck Rentals Tauranga

I highly recommend this rental company.Their prices are very competitive with a generous portion of free kilometres included. Jason was friendly and efficient, providing helpful information on the phone prior to our booking. The van was in very good condition and we had no issues with a long drive out of town. This all made for an easy, stress free rental experience and we are most grateful for that.

We would not use ABC Rentals again and do not recommend using them. Our booking was forgotten about, the online systems used to accept the booking worked but the owner did not then note the booking in his diary, we turned up in time for our booking, the collection time we paid for and no one was there. Our moving day was delayed because our booking was forgotten about, if we had not called numerous times we never would have got the vehicle we paid for. If compensation or acknowledgement had been given we wouldn't have minded too much but the way it has been handled has not been great and we would not use nor recommend using this company. The handling of this has been really poor and it has not been great at all to deal with ABC Rentals.

This company is the best to deal with when it comes to renting a vehicle or box truck, trustworthy, reliable, professional and the best price money can buy. Vehicles are reliable, clean and the drivers are on time to meet you off your plane or at the depot to get you on the road.
