chips are so yum rest of food not so great they dont do burgers however just my opinion it does get quite busy there so i gues a bit of each to there own

They followed the kiwi code. Ordered three potato fritters and received five. Also, the fish was fresh and fantastic and the price was very reasonable

Its a fish and chip shop for gods sake so atmosphere isn't relevant. The fish, pineapple fritters, potato cakes, hot and chips top notch. The staff were really friendly too. When we visit again from Australia we'll be sure to come back!!!

Clouston Park Fisheries Fish & Chip Shop have the best fish and chips I have had in Upper Hutt. I don't know why I haven't been there before (they do have an excellent reputation), I won't be going anywhere else for my fish and chips from now on. The fish and chips were fresh, the batter on my fish was crunchy (not soggy) and everything was well salted. The service was good, fast. The shop itself is tidy, clean, spacious and comfortable. The prices were good ($3.40 for a scoop of chips). Good sized servings too. Highly recommend!!

Nothing to write home about. Strictly deep fried foods and no grilled food, burgers etc.In this day and age, really? Clouston park was the 'go to' fish shop in upper hutt. Not so much now.

It's your run of the mill fish and chip shop, good feed very nice chips lots to choose from and if your heading north like we where it was easy to get to and then back on the road again. There is a nice park just behind it also to sit down and eat.
