Ariana have replaced my iphone screen 3x in the past 2 years, broken home buttons a couple times ( I’m so bad with my phones) speedy and cheap!

WORST EXPERIENCE! Terrible customer service and NO communication.I was told my phone would take 3 days to repair. Then I call them to follow up and they said it would take a couple of weeks. SIX weeks passed and not only the phone was not fixed, but they didn't even know where my phone was!! I finally got my phone back on week 7! Not fixed!!!

It is a wonderful shop. The technician help me fix the phone, because my phone water damage. I have lots of important photos. I really appreciate that. My phone survived. The technician friendly. Thanks again

Bought a speaker, it turned out to be faulty, came back on the same day and showed it to the seller, no hassle got a refund. very friendly and great customer service.

Worst customer service experience ever experienced. 2 months and still hadn't fixed my phone. Zero communication and just lies every time I went in. Had to end up chasing them as they did nothing. In the end got back my phone after two months still unprepared. Do not trust these people

i bought a macbook charger from them, the person selling it told me it was an offical apple charger but when i got home to use it, it was low quality and it didnt work, when i took it back to refund it, the lady in the store was very grumpy and was rude to me and my partner and provided no proof of refund. when we asked for something to prove that they have refunded us via bank transfer (since they refused to refund via credit card) they would not show us any proof that they have refunded us and yelled at us to go home and check my bank account later on. they refunded the money but the business who deposited the money into my account was a completely different company which is fine but very very strange…

WORST experience ever going here they said it would only take two - three days and they would “call us” to let us know when our device’s were ready year almost two WEEKS later we called up last week for an update just to hear it STILL hasn’t been done and they will again “CALL US” when it’s ready another whole week later and STILL WAITING!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible customer service. Took my phone in for repair and 3 weeks after, still nothing has been done. Poor quality work. Would definitely not recommend.

Screen replacement quotes not accurate, spent much more than what was quoted. The camera got dirty inside and they didn't clean it. Wouldn't recommend
