On sat 21st march..6am...we trvld from akl to whanganui..i got a flat tyre...on a way to ngaruwahia..changed to..a spacer..then went on our way..we stoppd..in at..otorohonga..for breakfast..and looked for a local tyre place bridgestone..which opened at 0830am...my sister and i went to get my flat tyre fixed...a nice very helpful..guy was there ,...i had to replace tyre. The tyre guy put the new tyre on my car and said he will check the tyre pressure for all my tyres..even the spacer...they were quite low. The whole experience blew me away...i was so happy..and absolutely amazed with the customer service i received...he showed such..professionalism...with a touch of humour...and care as we were on our way to a funeral..thank you so much.....A++++...highly recommend if you are passing by....bridgestone otorohonga..u rock!!!

The staff @ Bridgestone were wonderful in their service after my tyre suddenly burst whilst driving through Otorohunga today (27th Dec;2019)...the staff were quick , efficient , helpful + and informative.Lifesavers - i was very grateful for their service especially as i had extensive travels ahead of me.Thank you .☆☆☆☆☆.

The team here fit me in for a very last-minute replacement of my two front tyres on a Friday afternoon, after driving up from Te Kuiti. They were flat out but still did the job for me. Lovely team, I would definitely return.
