Have never been so disappointed until today. The most terrible customer service ever. Has been our local for over 20 years. Do not waste your money here. No toppings. No flavour. Overcooked disaster. Rude staff who have no customer service skills. Bring back the lovely staff who actually speak proper English and know how to treat valuable customers. Good bye Nawton Domino’s, I’ll make my own from now on.

Extremely rude manager. Dominos app messed up my order and he absolutely refused to help. I called straight away they took like 5 minutes to find my order then by the time I talked to the manager he said “it’s already in the oven so I can’t do anything” even though they were the ones who couldn’t find the order! Wouldn’t change it and wouldn’t cancel it. So ridiculous.

Domino’s Pizza Nawton
We have enjoyed Domino's many times, unfortunately this time they did not come through and we were rather disappointed in the quality. One pizza had barely anything on half of it (the kids refused to eat it) and the overall quality on the others (about 5) was just not there. This was the second time in a row of this experience. It will be some time before we want to buy again and will likely stick to home made.

After an absence of being a customer at this franchise because of earlier poor product quality for some time, we thought to give it another go.Major mistake!!!1st, the latest Dominoes website is a mishmash and very difficult to get what you want.But the pizzas! Order 60, 1/11/2022I am not sure if one has to go to a special course to make such a bad offering but I suspect so.Bread uncooked and doughy.Cheese and Garlic - NO GARLICRequested source ignored!Toppings almost non existent and loose.Cheese dry and crusty.It seems that cheese can be incinerated, but the bread left limp and flacid. Must be a special process.The last review of one year ago by Karen says it all.No improvement and certainly a place to avoid.Its almost an insult to the rubbish bin to threw it in as we have done.Not what we ordered, not what we expected and not going to be repeated.One star is way to high.

Their delivery driver will steal from your house and even after you report it to their management (with video proof) they won’t take action against that employee “without police charge”.They’d rather continue keeping said delivery driver on their staff to save them the time and resources of replacing him rather than help in keeping people safe in their own homes.

Just had the best simply cheese on cheesy crust I've ever had. Highly recommend dominoes Newton, they always make the best pizzas and good friendly staff. Thanks guys good stuff!

The food is generally great BUT the app needs help it was a bit of a pain, I ordered the 3 pizza special with sides and wouldn't let me select any pizza that I wanted all it would do was stay on traditional. Traditional wat???So I rung but the guy I spoke to said was so fast I couldn't understand him, wat I did make out was that I couldn't phone order it was only through the app and he couldn't explain why I was having that issue.So I went to pizza Hutt and it was cheaper.
