Mayfield Primary School

23Oct15 Mayfield Primary School celebrated its 50th Jubilee. This was one of the first primary schools in the South Auckland (especially Otara - East Tamaki) locality. Mr Len Brown, the immediate past Auckland supercity mayor who stood down at the October 2016 local body elections, went to this school as a child. His father was the first headmaster. My three sisters went to this school.
