Well where to start about this amazing company!First will start of with the owners of the company Ari and Joey. What a dynamic duo! This is what small business owners in New Zealand should aspire to be like.We'll start with booking through the website. It is definitely user friendly and easy to navigate through which made it super simple to book.The communication from Ari was 10/10 and she made sure that we knew what we were getting and if plans were going to change to let her know. On the day Joey was fast and efficient when dropping off what we ordered that if I didn't see him there I would've just thought it was in my backyard the whole day. He asked what time we finished and was there and packed down super fast. Really impressed with the whole set up.Not only do they do the best softplay they also have another business (the bake-ari) who made our daughters birthday cake aswell and my lord it was top tier! Never had a cake like that before in my life! Chocolate cake of doom! Delicious and I'm sure it was nutritious but who cares it was yum.If this was out of 5 stars then I would give it a 5... million stars. Looking forward to booking with you guys for our boys birthdays! Thanks again guys!

We’ve had soft play and jumping castles from the play-ari for 3 events now in our family. Each time they exceed the last, they fit right in just like family. Friendly, efficient, loves a bit of banter and the equipment is always clean and tidy. Recommend to all.

I have LOVED every interaction I have had with Ariana & Joey at The Play-Ari. I have had soft play from them multiple times now and each time they do a fantastic job, always so accomodating and friendly to talk with. Can’t forget to mention the AMAZING soft play set up’s they do. Definitely would recommend!

From making my booking right down to the pack up Ari will always amaze me. Had The Play-Ari at my daughters 1st birthday and wouldn’t have had it any other way. Communication was easy and fast, they were on time (even when I hadn’t given them the right address) , kids loved every minute of being on the castle as well as having the soft play to tutu with. RATE THEM FULLY!
