After telling the staff my current 5mm argon tube won't fit, I even told them I bought the regulator from them and we could check one from the shelf (before I took the tube away). They assured me that their 5mm tube would fit with some heat so I bought it and took it home. When (surprise) it didn't fit they tried to blame me for not giving them the right measurement I needed. Not helpful and decided to argue with me, weird hill to die on since it was probably only $15 dollars and gives me a good idea how they will treat me if I bought something more expensive. Will not be going back ever.

I have dealt with GWS for the last few years and have had excellent results with all services from purchase of welder parts, consumables and repairs. Just this year I have had alot of issues with 2 of our TIG watercooled machines and Jay has sorted out these problems for me and now they are running better than before, as well as kit out 3 second hand machines with new torches and earth leads. Jay, thanks very much for the time you have put in for me to sort out these problems. look forward to a long relationship. cheers.
