The agent I had briefly spoken to was very rude and of no assistance. Her phone manner was unprofessional and I just didn't want to deal with her and ended the call abruptly.

We booked flights back to the UK to see family (after 4 long years) via Expedia. Turned up to check in and there was a ticketing agent failure". Long story short we were left high & dry in Auckland airport with no flights at a very busy time of year. A friend put a shout out on a local page asking for recommendations of someone who could help.
