The worst pizza hut in Auckland. Three times we have ordered from there requesting San Fran base and Three times we have received deep pan base. No reply from anyone when you query this! The deep pan base pizzas have been awful and soggy! An all round really bad experience.

Very unprofessional and rude. One female staff throwing cooked pizza into the boxes, yelling and swearing near the front counter and demanding another staff member at the counter to “Hurry up and come over here!”.That same staff member called out in an aggressive tone to customers waiting for their order, very unwelcoming face and manner.Service with a smile ? Non-existent!My family and I will never visit the Mangere Central branch again.Manukau is the best by far!

Extremely disappointing with my online order. Pizza looks like it's been made by a 4yr old, including the base. Not enough topping and tasteless, they didnt even add the extra I paid for. The Hershey pie was all burnt, dry inside and disgusting. I'd recommend going to any other pizza places then pizza hut..

Visited on 5 Apr 2022 to pick up order, this was not ready on time. What was more concerning though was the lack of mask wearing when this has been mandated by Restaurant Brands. I asked staff to put on a mask, they got verbally aggressive and asked me to leave. Staff coughing and spluttering over pizza being made during a pandemic is not a good look. Complained via online form to Pizza Hut but no response. Company it seems cares more about profits than their customers health.

I went to collect my food, and the customer service at DESK was disrespectful, telling me to stay on the other side and continue serving other customers. It's pretty horrible about customer service because they didn't even look at my order number. It's time for the pizza hut's owner to look into this issue of their staff. Inside the shop was a sloppy, filthy mess. No management and staff are extremely nasty and have no idea how to interact with customers and delivery personnel.

Visited them to have pizza. Tried their Cheese garlic pizza large and hot and spicy veg pizza with cheese garlic stuffed base. Taste was okay. But i will recommend to order large size pizza. Staff was very helpful. Thank you.

says your store opens till 11.. came into store at 10.27pm was told they couldn't take anymore orders as they were low in staff but yet the poster outside window says they close at 11? Seriously worse service ever, pure laziness.... didn't take my order because they pure lazy . Won't be back again.

Order was incomplete and despite 5 return calls to the supplied phone number, no one picked up.As far as delivery pizza goes, this was a really bad experience and we will not bother with pizza hut again.My suggestion is to inspect the delivery before the driver leaves to ensure that it is correct and not a sodden cheese mess that we received

Giving you guys 2stars. Pizza was ok but your Service was absolutely poor... I order 20 Pizzas for my work lunch to be pickup last Friday 19/05 the day of Anti-bully day. Two ladies with their soredough face really drives customers away Bigtime!!! and never ask if I needed help to carry the pizzas, had to walk back 3/4times while you lovely ladies just walked away to the back area. No customer around just me, myself and I...You ladies may not get paid enough but pleased frekin smile and show some courtesy.
