We hired a nice quality suit, tie and shirt for my son's semi-formal at school. The young lady that served us was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a different shirt than what came as part of the hire, so they offered to hire us the other shirt for an extra fee, which saved us buying it. Munns also took the trousers up, and the hire fee also covered the suit being dry cleaned by Munns, which saved us having to do this before returning the suit. All in all a good service, the suit fitted my son like a glove and he looked great, so he was happy too.

Hired suits for our wedding. The service was terrible. We felt like we were an inconvenience being there. The owner was rude and obnoxious. We were given wrong sizes and one of my groomsman had to wear his own shoes on the day as we were given wrong sizes. Overall very poor.

0 customer service not even greeted or acknowledged by staff, member looked directly at me and walked away. Such a fall from grace for what used to be the best place in chch to get a decent suit I'll let my money talk and spend it elsewhere in the future.

Purchased a suit from Munns over a month ago. Ended up buying a shirt, tie, belt and shoes from them. Everything was a perfect fit.We found their service very helpful and caring.Will definitely be back.

Good place, friendly staff, great service, great location. Had a suit fitted for a photoshoot on the weekend, and even though there had been some issues with the organizers the staff were quick to adapt and get things sorted.

Asked how much a trouser suit combination would cost. Was told by a man sitting on his phone that if I needed to ask that I was in the wrong store. Surprising given Munns is not a particularly expensive brand. Walked out immediately. I was dressed in casual clothes but I shouldn’t have to tell an employee I’m a lawyer to get basic service.
