Would not recommend this doctorsI have just recently changed to another they will send for a blood test then nothing no communication just still left with problem and back to square one ☝️ dr bujar ukmata hopeless

I had my consultation with Dr Lee a few hours earlier and I have to say he is one of the best doctors out there - always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He’s a straight shooter also and clearly well-respected in the community!

I've been registered here for 10+ years and have gone through a lot of Doctors/Nurses in that time. I believe Dr Lee is the heart and soul of this place. He's thorough, informative and caring. I would give it 5 stars had it not been for their front of house staff/reception who seem to only physically be there and not mentally.

Worst ever service u can never get appointments guaranteed, they charge you from 3yrs ago without informing you within the year and the walk in service is a mile long of waiting and they leave their phoneat times on answer service or afterhours service during their open hrs...omg very poor...u have to book in a month in advance. ..I'm looking elsewhere now...it's a shame been here for years!!! Use to be good but now it's useless!!Alot of good staff gone!!

5 stair rating is for Dr Lee. I have been with him nearly 5 years now and my husband and baby also with him.He listen to you and understand your feelings and pain. Really appreciate his hardwork

I have tried calling to speak to the nurse in regards to my blood test...cannot get through..even today Saturday...the voice mail will end the calll. I am currently looking for another health centre to transfer to...

You need to make sure your actual opening hours are up to date online and communicated clearly . I was referred here by another after hours clinic as they were at full capacity. That clinic, and the online details stated that their closing time is 10pm. I rang to confirm and there was no answer. I drove there and the signage said the closing time was actually 9pm. At 8:30pm it was already closed. Time is of the essence when you're transporting someone who's sick.

The receptionists are always rude and indifferent. The phone is always kept unattended and sent to after-hours (even during working hours!)I kept dialing the health center number and kept getting sent to voice-mail but when I arrived to the health center, there were 2 ladies sitting at the reception ignoring ringing phone calls...The doctors (especially Dr. LEE) and nurses are exceptionally good and knowledgeable (which is probably the only reason why I'm still registered with this place) but, the health center is in dire need of a positive change in management/front office team.

Apart from the receptionists, Mata the nurse and the doctors I have seen which are great people to deal with. There is this one fijian indian nurse who is on right now the date 23 January 2023.. time 20:35 who is the most rudist, very unprofessional, impolite, arrogant, bad mannered, abrupt oh I could go on. I do hope that this review gets seen so no one else needs to be interrogated over the phone and spoken to this way. She needs to be disciplined by management promptly. By the way this is the second time I have been spoken to by her. Absolutely shocking and disgustingly disgraceful of somewhat professionalism.

Absolutely worst experience my partner and I have had with any doctors. We have been trying to see a doctor for 3-4 days and receive different information about appointments and walk ins from a specific receptionist every time. She is unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate of people and their problems. For a job that is centered around communication with the public and providing correct information, she is appalling. Communicating information is not that hard of a job and yet it is something that is incredibly lacking.Only redeeming quality is the nice and kind P.I receptionist. I wish I knew her name but she has been very helpful.I don’t recommend this place. I would rather travel an extra 20-30 mins, pay extra and get decent service then try to book at these doctors again.
