Obviously living in Auckland means access to many count downs, I found this branch a bit smaller and with limited type of products. I often have to go elsewhere to find what I want. Otherwise everything else is great, nice, organised, clean and super handy and never too busy

Good selection of food and nice staff. The only issues I've had with it is the prices which I can understand due to the economic state we are in right now but it's definitely the most expensive compared to it's competitive companies who also are supermarkets. Thanks for your great staff though :)

For some unknown reason, this particular Countdown struggles with stock. I regularly cannot find what I'm looking for, which oftentimes can be something as ordinary as coleslaw, cucumbers, vegetarian burgers or bottled water. 80% of the time I shop here, I leave with at least one thing missing from my shopping list.

Went there to get bread there this morning, none on the shelf asked a staff member, got told it's out back and the merchandiser will be in 20min to unpack ot. Wow this is the second time this happens sorry worst service

Great selection - however a bit hard to find things as not the same set up as most other stores have. Would generally go to Milford or Northcote as I am more familiar with those sites.Lots of parking available and other stores which is convieniant.

Love this countdown as there are other little shops around it too like a cafe chemist 2 dollar store etc . Good parking and everything I need clean and tidy and fresh veggies

Very kind staff, lady with the bob cut always recognises me and my partner popping it around 9pm for snacks. Great deals and easy to find anything you need
