I tried my first experience of a spray tan for my daughters wedding on Thursday. The staff member was very kind and helpful, but I was a little bit concerned about how it was going to turn out with what she was telling me and I wish I trusted my instincts and pulled out. Because now I am left with a very unsatisfactory looking orange looking skin colour with very stained feet and hands that I doubt will improve by Thursday for the wedding. I am really upset and would never do this again.

I was recommended to go by my wife to Sophora and get a massage. So she booked me in with Preet. Preet is one of the best massage therapist I have been to, she is very professional and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the who experience. I would recommend going to Preet after a stressful day/week to unwind and let her take you on an adventure to unwind and come out feeling amazing. Preet also makes sure you get the right type of therapy for the next session. I am so lucky Sophora is just around the corner from me. I would highly recommend Preet and I hear she does good eyebrow threading so will be booking in for that too! See you guys soon.

I love my time at Sophora. All of the ladies are so warm and welcoming as well as highly professional. I really recommend that you get some much needed down time at Sophora, a wrap, a massage, an eyelash lift or a Biolight treatment. Its all excellent and worth every penny!

Fabulous, love and look forward to my weekly sessions, the owners and staff here are friendly, down to earth, professional and incredibly helpful. I have been going to Sophora every week for almost two years now, I use the collagen bed, bio light, occasional sunbed, and have regular treatments. I had severe psoriasis on the sole of my left foot, it was painful and really unsightly, the very expensive skin specialists told me there was no cure and I would have it forever : ( .....the collagen bed and occasional sunbed have completely cleared it up! it's given me a new lease on life and I love how the skin on the rest of my 50+ yrs body and face looks and feels now. Thank you ladies you are wonderful!

Had my eyelashes done, multiple lashes were glued together and glued to my eyelid. My eyes were red and watery for the next few days until I ended up having to pull most of them out. Sophora initially gave me a voucher for half off my next session, but it’s valid for one month and I can’t put my eyes through that pain twice in a month. Sent Sophora an email with no response. Extremely disappointing

Preet does a lovely job of shaping eyebrows to achieve a beautiful natural look, and she took me through a make-up lesson which I highly recommend if you need some tips. Great, friendly customer service all round.

Emailed them about this but got ignored. It's been bothering me for a while now as I am not satisfied with the job done for a price of $130. I have had a lot of experience with various eyeslash extension services and have gained a lot of insight & knowledge on how to take care of it for long lasting results. This is the first place where the eyelashes extension had failed to last within a week time and I am very disappointed. The eyelash extensions were also unevenly done for both of my eyes. This is also the first time where the change or difference was nowhere near what it should be after the application, especially for the fee that was charged.The girl was lovely and welcoming, however I dont believe she’s fit to be doing a $130 eyelash service, as she did show a lot of stressed signs throughout the appointment.
