Had an issue with a product I bought off them that was under warranty. It was resolved surprisingly fast and I was very happy with the service I received.

Great prices and sales specialist Li was superb – giving me very helpful advice regarding the 4 appliances I wanted and fast tracking special orders. Very pleased with whole service & highly recommend Heathcotes.

Arrived late in the day with questions about Hi-Fi systems. I was referred to Nathan B, he answered all my questions and advised me of many options. Thank you for being a helpful retail assistant, someone who actually knows their product and happy to talk to customers. This is why I go to Heathcotes and recommend them. I think I held them up for a couple minutes from closing but Nathan did not complain or rush me. Highly recommended store and staff.

Pretty average service. Thought I would give a NZ locally owned store a go rather than going to one of the big box stores but I now regret that. I don't understand why your online orders cant be dispatched from the stores that hold the correct stock and why the items have to be sent locally to your distribution center only to be then sent out again. Just seems like a lot of double handling and delays for the customer. The explanation I got from one of your customer service people seemed very confusing saying that your website is just a online interface for the physical stores but then everything is sent out from your DC warehouse and you transfer stock between stores every 2-3 days. To put this into context, I could of purchased this same item from an online Australian store and I would of had the item 4 days ago.

Had a aircon recently installed by Heathcotes, great job by the technician Jason, the install looked amazing on the outside and inside.Myles was also great and very friendly, easy to discuss what we wanted with the aircon unit. He helped make the process so easy.Appreciate all the service, and 5 stars to Jason and Myles.
