This is excellent yoga place. To be honest, I don’t like yoga. But after I join this min yoga. It’s change a lot. The teacher was nice and knowledgeable. The environment was clean and peaceful. I really like and like to introduce everyone to join

This is the worst Pilate experience after been in NZ for years. The instructor which I don’t know her name talked with double speed and held one coffee while giving het class. What she said seems like newbies for Pilate could manage everything, even mentioned if we find difficult to follow her instructions we have to do more practice to stop brain regression which made me feel very insulted since I just asked her to slow down.Unfortunately two or three classes can’t make Pilate as the filed of my expertise. The instructor held her coffee cup stood at a condescending position and barely helped us to correct our position even after she brought up our mistakes made me feel awful.I intended to leave this class at least twice during that torturing 50mins.The other instructor Fang Fang is very helpful and patient. I will highly recommend to attend Fang Fang's class.I regretted so much I purchased concessions card here. Suggestion is that having a second thought before joining here or at least find a professional instructor with civility first.
