When I visited (December 2020) only one of the toilets was clean enough that I would even consider sitting on it. And two were blocked up completely. It seems like whoever is responsible for cleaning it has given up.

Clean and spacious with proper amenities. There is a locking system though that sealed the door around past 9pm after I first used it when visiting the park though, so don't count on it being open for the whole day. Other than that, great facility accessible to the park.
