Compass Coffee Seaview Marina
This was the first time we had been to this eatery. The coffee was great and had reuseable cups. I had the caramel slice, very scrumdidilious. The outlook was stunning, another beautiful Wellington summers day. Sited right next to the Seaview Marina made this a fantastic visit. Staff very friendly.

Awesome location. Maybe a certain staff member was having a bad day, I went to ask for a glass of water and she went to bring it up on the til and said that’d be 60cents. I didn’t take my wallet up to the till. I said “oh don’t you have a jug and cup sort of thing here” she responded “this is a coffee cart not a café, you have to pay for the cups” I just said I’d go to the car instead and get my daughters water bottle. What she said wasn’t super rude but her delivery was, I felt like she was telling me off. It’s a bit absurd as the car park has allocated ‘cafe’ parks. I also noticed on my exit that they had a water bowl for dogs. Coffee was fine and basically ready as I ordered.

A scenic local Cafe floating beside the marina around eastern bays.From the interior design perspective, the decoration theme centres around the boat. The pedals, the lights, flags and steering wheels etc, all the collections let us feel the deep connection with a old historical boat.The meanwhile It could act as local little Conmunity center too. It is easy for local People come to relax & catching-up.Adjacent yacht club.Recommended.

Five stars all around. Great food, friendly staff, amazing views. Coffee was so smooth, well rounded and full of flavour. The scone, soooo good!

A beautiful location and unique venue right on the water at the marina. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and enjoying our food and Foxton Fizz. The cheese rolls were very dry with very little filling which was disappointing. The caramel square and afghan were good.

Had an amazing mocha and cheese roll last week. Served by a friendly man and finished by a beautiful sunny day where you can sit and enjoy the boats in the marina would certainly go again

One of those magic locations by the sea to have a quality barista made coffee. Simple food is cooked by Michael and team. The food is tasty and simple, better still the prices are half the costs in the city. Would recommend and definitely eat hear on a sunny morning...
