Pricey, but good quality glassware. Unfortunately, they let themselves down with poor communication (causing a frustrating process and delayed install). After initially being in touch with the manager, I am still waiting acknowledgement of response from our feedback about the whole process (sent 10 days ago), therefore 2 stars only.EDIT after receiving below response from owner: I had paid the outstanding bill (in full) days before this response (including sending an email to the accounts department to let them know why there was a delay as we were still working through a few issues). This highlights the problems this company has and I suspect trying to cover up and throw blame on the customer in this instance. I have emailed the owner of this and offered if he wants to reflect on his comments but still waiting to hear back.

All of their projects are custom built so display is generic and difficult to gain inspiration. Have purchased but I don't think that I will again. Price is ok

if you want slow customer service and delayed work with no target dates when your bathroom or wardrobes works are going to finish. then you should contact them ASAP. They are best in that. after sales service is even much slower, trust me you going to enjoy the delays and frustration. I have made all payments, but builder has not paid you for your cheap items. you should feel embarrassed about the products you provided with never work as designed and your warranty is not genuine.

These guys do not care about their customers. After 4 visits and multiple emails it still took over 3 months to get new shower door handles for one of their showers. Even after I paid for them it still took a month for me to receive all the pieces. Would NOT recommend. You don't know if you will get all the items you paid for and need for your bathroom.

We have two showerwell showers that had some issues with their brackets, Nick was very helpful in arranging an installer to come out to our house and repair them under warranty

The Guys at Showerwell were so accommodating when we required a shower to be installed. The plumbing was not quite in the right place, the installer called to discuss the issue, the plumber returned to correct the issue. The Installer re-scheduled his day so as to install the shower that day. Waste of time this mob ,got no answer twice after going in to the showroom and the South African man decided to take his mask off when I asked him has he had his jabs he said no ,he was scared.

Excellent service !! The guy in the front was very friendly and knowledgeable. Super efficient , highly recommended
