Friendly polite staff. Dealt with staff in two departments, electronics and home appliances. Both were very knowledgeable knew there products. Dom in appliances was especially helpful.

I just purchased a Samsung Q990B from the Hastings store. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a happy customer. I'll be back... So I went back a few days later and purchased a Nextbase dashcam, a Swann security system, an amazingly soft mattress and bedding to go with it, and a Dyson V11 cordless vaccum. All the staff are happy to help and deserve high praise indeed. Just a real pleasure to shop there every time. Congratulations Harvey Norman Hastings, you've gained a loyal customer for life. We needed a new washing machine, and after getting very poor service from a competitor, we came to Harvey Norman. We found the products very well laid out, and got excellent friendly service from Debbie, who spent the time to answer our questions and run us through the products. It was a very easy purchase. Good deals if you are prepared to ask...Still a good spot to get tech gear, whiteware and home furniture... It is sometimes a bit obvious that commission sales drive some staff but that is fairly easy to handle with a quick thanks

Not bad service,phone consultations on phone for new washer and delivery was not bad,on the delivery a little delay which they told me something else bad,daughter happy after delivery good.
