I would like to congratulate Park & Clark and the great team that installed our new bathroom. The whole team had a great attitude and gave all the attention and care that was needed for this job, especially when met with some (quite serious!) issues along the way. A special thank you to Malikai and Scott and the personal attention given by John and Tim when things got complicated!

Thank you to John for his original concept design for our bathroom renovation. We appreciated the way he responded to our needs and aesthetic and his careful oversight of the entire project. Overall, the project was well organised, keeping to agreed deadlines. The tradespeople were friendly, skilled and highly professional. We are delighted with the final outcome.

Thanks to John Kaminski and team for their renovation on my parents' bathroom. John was fantastic to work with, he was very patient and understanding with my parents who can be a bit trying at times. He came up with a design and was accommodating of their needs. I really liked how we were regularly updated with progress every step of the way, it made a huge difference being told if something was going to be a bit late or arrive earlier. I highly recommend this company.

We rang Park and Clarke to get a plumber to deal with a leaky shower.We explained our problem and despite them being really busy, John was extremely helpful and made an excellent suggestion. He thought we should investigate getting our faulty shower part replaced under the Methven warranty, and then emailed us the weblink and warranty details to start the process. John's helpful attitude and professionalism saved us so much time, stress and money.

We are so thrilled with our new bathroom - John Kaminski was brilliant with concept and products. He’s very talented and knowledgeable. It saved us so much agonising - he really GOT what we were trying to do and made it so easy. The builder, plumber and sub-contractors were all on time, tidy and responsive. I especially rate Park and Clarke’s own employees. I was amazed at how much they could get done in a day and yet leave it so tidy for us. They also prioritised our needs and worked around us, and it was clear their internal communication is excellent. Everyone knew what was happening and what was needed, and no time was wasted. We would definitely use them again. 100%

I can thoroughly recommend Park and Clarke. John Kaminski was my project manager for a new kitchen install. He was excellent to deal with, thorough, detailed, listened carefully to my ideas, offered many great solutions and provided an overall very professional service. John takes the hassle out of dealing with multiple tradesmen and managed issues quickly to ensure that I was happy with the final outcome. My new kitchen looks amazing, with a quality finish down to the last detail. I am looking forward to planning my next project and won't hesitate to use Park and Clarke again.

Helpful when we went into the shop and had initial consult. The first quote was 1/3 higher than the budget we had indicated, so we had to strip back the job specs to get it down closer to our budget. Communication during and at the end of the job might have been better. We had to chase to find out when it would be starting and there didn't seem to be any final inspection by the project manager to sign off that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Overall quality was OK although a couple of small finishing details could have been neater, eg we wanted the channel at the top of the horizontal rail over the shower door frame to be properly closed off so water and dust wouldn't lie in there, and had to insist on that. Plumber on the job was somewhat dismissive of our request to do this but relented. He wouldn't cap the open tops of the side rails and I had to do that myself. On the plus side, he did help out when our laundry tub hose started leaking and tightened a connection to fix that, which was appreciated.

Huge thanks to the team at Park and Clarke. John is a hugely talented designer who took what we wanted and brought it to life, alongside Tim from P&C, and a whole team of talented tradies Jarred, Hugh, Cristian, Albo and more who worked hard to deliver us the kitchen we wanted. Everything was completed to a high standard, and we have had nothing but compliments from everyone who has seen the kitchen. This kitchen has become the heart of our home for gatherings of friends and family, and 3 months on we love it even more. We had a lot of unique add ons and the team accommodated them all, and dealt with any issues along the way with professionalism and pragmatism. Our kitchen features a bar area, built in flat ceiling extractor fan over the island stovetop, white granite counters, custom bronze details, under floor heating and matte finish fingerprint proof cabinetry. We also had our gas bbq plumbed in, and ceilings replaced throughout the living areas. Everything was executed thoughtfully and with huge attention to detail. Highly recommend Park and Clarke for kitchen renos, and we will be back when we are ready to do our two bathrooms :)

The team at Park & Clarke worked with us on a full renovation of our ensuite and main bathrooms. They took our design concept turned it into reality and made it fantastic. The entire P&C team, including their sub contractors, were professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project.
