One of the best, if not the best fish and chip shops in Hawkes Bay.Amazing service is always super friendly, small things like greeting every customer and getting the door when your arms are full truly makes a difference.The atmosphere is freindly and gives off a vibe of loving what they do.The burgers are amazing and very reasonably priced. The spicy beef is brilliant if you love something truly hot.They are flexible on family packs and allow swap outs of some items if you ask. You definitely get a mean feed for the price.Just try them out you won't regret it.

One thing i miss now im living in the manawatu is yhe fish n chips in hawkes bay. Its been awhile so someone suggested we go here. The fish was the best loved it and garlic chips were amazing. And the customer service amazing.

Our last 2 orders here have been really disappointing. Food was so greasy. Paper was drenched with oil & you could tell they hadn’t drained the food properly. We let it slide the first time as the food is usually of good quality & well drained however we had the same thing happen again tonight. We had waited an hour for our order although they did advise us of the waiting time.Not only was the order soaked in grease but they forgot our chips!? I tried to call back but the line was continuously engaged.Such a shame as the customer service is A+. It’s a pity the food wasn’t of the same quality.

Excellent burgers.Wife had the Hawaiian and the ham steak was the thickest I have ever seen.Mine was the Chicken and apricot which was delicious.Highly recommended.

Had the crickel cut chips and potato fritters both were great would had order a batterd hot dog on a stick but don't make there own buy same you can buy at the supermarket sad because you go to a fish and chip shop to try there own made stuff.

Lovely people, delicious food! We arrived right before closing time and managed to put in an order of fish and chips. For $10 we got a huge portion of food! (7 pieces of fish) The owners were really friendly and accommodating to curious tourists even bringing out a whole fillet of fish to show us.

I don’t usually rate fish n chip shops but the had to be the Best fish n chip in the bay. We got the family special which was cheap For a family of 5 and it was such a big portion all the food was fresh and crispy. Great customer service. 100% recommend

Delicious fish! Tastes very fresh. I ordered battered, but you can also get it fried in breadcrumbs. Chips can be crinkle or straight cut. There is only one table, so don't expect to sit down.
