Sleepers Vineyard
I've tasted Sleepers Vineyard's produce through Astrolabe Wines. Including Sauvignon Blanc, Albarino, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Top quality and distinctive terroir. The vineyard has plentiful of ocean influence and often covered by river mist. The Style is certainly leaning toward crispy and strong texture side of wines, its Pinot Noir is dense and a little astringent when young. Certainly requires good patience to appreciate everything.
