I love the lady that works in there ....excuse me I forgot her name. She is so friendly, helpful and knows her stuff. I bought my lounge suite and extras off her. Just going to buy another chair and possibly a rug too.I recommend her.

Nice looking products, not bad prices but very poor communication! Message these guys on Facebook and they take contact details promising the local store will get in contact and it NEVER happens, even after Multiple promises to do so. I would have brought a few items had they actually contacted me. Their loss

Unfriendly, abrupt staff. poor quality furniture (I purchased a bed which got broken in an year). Had to struggle hard to get a replacement but then they said they would not assemble the bed (Initially i paid for the assembly). Initially, store manager asked me to purchase superglu and fix the broken bed and they offered $100 store voucher. Thanks to SofaTech who gave report that this bed cannot be fixed.

Awesome shop. I really like the beds, sofa and table set that we bought from them. The sales and delivery was very competent and the cost is comparatively a lot less expensive as compared to other shops in Rotorua.

I been to many furniture store in Taupo, Rotorua and Hamilton. This place had best deals. Excellent shop with good value beds. Have had ours for a while and decided to upgrade our daughters beds and got a great deal. I'd give 5 stars but the delivery option is lacking and there was only 1 woman there to move stuff around which makes it difficult..
