I have gained a Regional IT Support role through Crew Recruitment, more specifically Mat Baird. I had recently moved from the UK on an ETA in order to secure interviews but had no entitlement to work in NZ at that point.Throughout the process I could not have asked for more from Mat and the team from arranging the first interview, through securing all the checks, documentation and assisting with my visa application for the international recruitment process to finally checking how I was settling in to the role.
