I went in today to buy a league of legends card. I think they have given me the wrong card when I had went because I accidentally picked up 2 $50s instead of one. And as I was trying to use it on my game it said it wasn’t activated properly and I have gotten the wrong card according to my receipt since the numbers are different

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was a problem to look up my transaction from the get go. (A whole two minutes of their time when I had the time from the day before and the $ amount). Then they referred to a manager out the back who did not even have the decency to come and talk to me but instead got the salesperson to photograph the issue. The salesperson kept on talking over me as I was calmly explaining what had happened to the point I just stopped talking and they apologised. I was returning one of two SD cards as one was faulty and broke. Instead of believing that maybe this was possible and that manufacturing faults can even occur, or even asking me to show them what I had done (or hearing that I had done it once already successfully) they just said no this was user error and closed down any discussion. Seriously? Not good enough. A real shame

I went here to get a clean for my switch. The lady who was at the counter was super kind and friendly. I felt comfortable around her as she explained the process really well.
