Half price for all ceramic pots!! DONT MIND IF I DO! :) Several large half price pots later cars full and still the biggest to get...oh well back tomorrow...Awesome place ,staff and products..Great prices! Highly recommended.

Went to buy vegetable plants and got great advice on those, and everything else we asked about. Great selection of a large variety of well-grown plants, and at reasonable prices. Was very taken with the Hydrangeas and Hibiscus.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I did not pay at the time as on confirmation of the order they were going to send me shipping costs. I have heard nothing back from them. I have phoned 4 times with no reply and unable to get hold of anyone, i have sent numerous emails asking to complete my order. No reply when i know they have been opened and read as i have read recepts but they have ignored. Really poor service. What a pity because they look like they have a great range. Is it too hard to ask for a simple email back to say whats going on.

First time mail order customer. Good communication good price however only ordered one plant and got sent the wrong one clearly labelled. Questioned why such a careless mistake which cost their business money only to be met with a sarcastic reply. Received correct plant soon after in good order.

Such a great relaxing and friendly place. My Wife and I love frequenting Growers Direct. There plants are of a very high standard and there helpful staff are really switched on to horticulture. They are a credit to the Bay of Plenty. Highly recommend them. We always look forward to visiting here. A coffee would be the icing on the cake but unfortunately not available.

Great place to get your annual vege plans. Have been going out there for the last 5-6 years - wouldn't go anywhere else for the first lot of summer vege plants. Very rarely loose a plant and very generous with the number of plants your get in a punnet - always too many for my small garden so the neighbours now wait for me to do my annual trip as they benefit by getting the surplus !!! Last three years some of them have even come out with me to get specific plants they want - its an annual outing for us all. Highly recommend for healthy plants at great prices.
