Unfortunately I feel I received Poor customer service after a faulty product, accepting the store credit only to later on find out it can not be used with any other promo/discounts (which is not stated anywhere) I had asked if the discount and store credit would be honored which they wouldn't. Realizing I would be better off with a refund and asking multiple times only to be ignored and sent a 3rd replacement without consolation and a comment of look after this as your warranty has now expired". I was made to feel everything was turned back on myself and that I had no option in the matter. Saddened at the customer service and the disadvantage of the "store credit""
