Changed my review to 5 star because of the amazing service from Darryl. He went above and beyond to sort the issue thanks DarrylRude staff. Placed a big trade order to be delivered to work site didn't turn up when supposed to rang to find out when coming rude lady said was coming now but never turned up.

This store did not have what I was looking for. Took awhile to get service as well to ask about my needs. Although having the person standing at the door was great to point out which aisle to go to.

Went in for a very stupid question about my line trimmer - I'm a first time user and I know I was asking stupid questions. But Tom offered detailed support and demonstrated the instructions step by step to fix my problem, furthermore, provided support about what to do in the future, which part to purchase etc etc etc. He was very patient and professional, he made me feel empowered that I am capable to do it by myself. The lady at the entrance was super friendly and helpful as well. ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, GOOD PRICE AND AWESOME PRODUCTS with Bunnings Warehouse!!

I'm looking for Expol 35mm Garage door insulation. Online it showed they had stock. Went to store to purchase 2 Boxes. I searched all the boxes and found only 28mm. I spoke with a team member in Trade and he had no idea what I was talking about, but suggested I try another store. Went back online and Mt Wellington store was showing in stock. Visited the Mt Wellington store. Search about 20 boxes all 28mm. When I found staff to help me (Trade section) they were all in the car park grabbing their take away lunch about 5 of them. One helpful guy advised that the 2 sizes are placed in stock on the same code and offered to order some in for me from the supplier. Long story short we ordered online from Glenfield store (click and collect) as they confirmed on the telephone that they had stock of the 35mm. When order was ready to collect I called the Glenfield store to confirm it was the 35mm. I was then told that it was 28mm and they had no stock of 35mm. Went back to Botany store to order from supplier. The lady took my details and told me she would speak to her boss and get back to me. I'm still waiting for that call in the hope I can get what I want before the long weekend ....... :(

Great store. Lots of variety. Staff is extremely helpful. Kids DIY on wknds are awesome. The cafe makes great coffee.

A great place where you can buy all kinds of tools, including garden, home, indoor to outdoor. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. And the coffee here is good and cheap. There are also various activities on weekends or holidays.

I quite like this store. It's new and invigorating. Still has that freshness and eagerness from the staff as well. Heaps of parking and well located. It's always well stocked and some staff member willing to help. Excellent range and well priced. Definitely recommend this place.

Only person that was actually helpfull and look like they wanted to help didnt even know what she was doing( not her fault she was training, no one there to train or help her??) and the one guy in the yard having to help everyone plus open the gate. I saw 4 customers open the gate themselves and drive out not a single staff member in site.

Never have any issues at this branch. Staff are very helpful even when they are extremely busy. The man in the plumbing section today was super friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Great prices & service and the sausages on a Sunday always go down a treat. Thank you.
