I called them out to find out why I had poor hot water pressure, the problem was swiftly diagnosed. That problem being corrosion in pipes due to having galvanised piping and an old hot water cylinder. We made a decision quickly to change to an infinity system, and before the day was done we were using it. Service means a lot and with almost no notice they dispatched three plumbers who got the job done and knew important things like going from a low pressure to a high pressure system requires work be done on the limiter valve inside the mixer, throughly impressed, great team.

We are exremely happy with the advice and work performed by Andrew. He was prompt, friendly and very respectful. Andrew also cleaned his workspace when the repair was completed. The final costs were pretty much close to what was quoted, so there were no extra unwanted surprises for us. Thank you Andrew and thanks also to Semtex for your quick response.

Absolutely amazing service. All of our interactions with Sarah, Mark, and Jacob were great. Super friendly and knowledgable staff.
