Large Restaurant,Lovely helpful staff., there buzzer system to call the staff is quite cool.We tried kumara fries which was $11.80 for a small bowl full of fries which i think is little expensive., but the taste was good so don’t mind it.

Here on Tuesday 16th May for evening meal with 2 work colleagues.I had the Steak Wallet and I have to say it was cooked excellently and precisely how I'd have expected given what I asked for. Very well done and top marks for this. Loved the mushroom sauce also. Young lady (Hanna) who served us. Well done to her also good job and also to the duty manager on that night as she was showing herself as quite fastidious in terms of making sure customer service was up to par.Pleasant environment, seats a bit hard on the bum.Prices for meal was reasonable and I have no complaints.Would recommend this establishment and I'd be happy to come back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

I must say I'm a bit disappointed. When I order a dine in iced mocha or coffee it comes in a big Glass and looks fantastic! Ordered takeaway today and came in a huge takeaway cup but it was probably only half the amount you would get if you had it in the restaurant. Still paid the same, don't think I'll be returning sadly. Will have to find a new go to now...

Dear lord, the best!!Searching for a Saturday brekkie and remembered this place. Niamh was fast, friendly and goddahm awesome. And to top it off the food was the best. Fresh, hot, cooked perfectly and delivered with a smile. When I thought it couldn't get any better, the outside seats are heated!!Some Joe's garages are better than others but THIS one is the one to beat.Best service, best chefs, Omg Yes!!!

The food is plenty and the serving sizes are large. My teddy best was a larger serving than expected and the relish attached was tasty. The atmosphere is warm and casual. Good solid diner food, my friends also enjoyed the gorgeous George's and the morrocan burrito. Also Joe's opens early which is a plus for early risers

Avoid this place. I’ve eaten at Joes Garage in Wellington, Queenstown, and Cambridge and they’ve all been fine. The Riccarton was terrible. I had parts of my chicken still quite pink. The worst part though was when we were waiting to pay we saw the chef did a full on sneeze all over the plated food ready to go out. He made no effort to cover his mouth or nose. He knew we saw him as he kept looking at us all sheepishly. Yuck!

It's a good spot, plenty of parking. Table service was good with quick service. We only had coffees, so cannot comment on the food, but the coffee was nice.

Popped in to Joe's Garage for a quick coffee and was greeted by a friendly staff member who took my order. I really like the place, it's large and light inside, with seating outside (soz didn't get a photo of the outdoor space), they've got alcohol and decent food on offer. Well worth checking out.
