Majority of the staff seem brain dead, went in yesterday & the sales person couldn't count change so they had to ask another sales person for help.I got pushed out the way by a staff member with a cart of boxes because he moved in my walking path then looked at me like I was stupid.It really seems like they hire any old person off the street,

I shop here often, staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of cosmetics and all things you'd expect to find at a department store. Only downside is that for the only large department store in Dunedin there are no toilet facilities meaning often I have to trek back to the Meridian Mall with the kids. Even spotlight have included customer toilets in their recent upgrade.

Desk lady was nice and friendly to me, she made me feel less embarrassed about my purchase. I find Farmers a little too expensive for me, although it is handy how it is a convenient path to another side of town.

Store had a refresh and things are looking a lot more tidy. When I went there today there were a lot of items on clearance. Friendly staff throughout the store who were more than happy to help. Great visit
